This is a notice from Ryuji Endo, the general business manager of Anothereidos of Dragon Vein R, and representative of
Habbit Co., Ltd.

We have received numerous enquiries from players and other parties regarding unauthorized use of credit cards for payments with Anothereidos of Dragon Vein R.

We sincerely apologize for the uncertainty and anxiety caused by this situation.

１．To our customers who have been affected by the unauthorized use of their credit information

We would ask all customers that suspect their credit card(s) of being used fraudulently to directly contact the card company that issues or controls the card(s) in question. Any charge-backs and refunds in these cases are at the discretion of the issuing companies, not Habbit Co., Ltd.

When we receive a request from a credit card company to investigate credit card usage, we respond by providing the proof of delivery and usage status of the items in the order in question. However, in order to protect our players’ privacy and data, we do not store credit card information or payment details beyond this.

In addition, the credit card issuing company will provide charge-backs for any relevant orders that they have been asked to investigate, and subsequently deemed to be have be made fraudulently.

Therefore, we have received instructions from card companies to not cancel or refund these orders on our side.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any uncertainty or anxiety caused by this course of action.

２．To all of our players (Regarding Countermeasures)

When an order is marked for investigation, we record and investigate each individual item bought from the shop, along with their delivery to the player in question, and whether they have been used or not.

When we have confirmed that the payment has been made correctly, and the items have been delivered and used without issue, but the account in question has either used a fraudulent means to procure or secure payment, or is seeking to receive a fraudulent refund under false pretenses, we will suspend the account immediately, and permanently.

We consider fraudulent use of credit cards to be of detriment to all of our players.

We again ask that you do not use any services not affiliated with our company, such as third-party purchasing services.

As a precaution, we have implemented the following measures in accordance with the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry’s “Credit Card Security Guidelines [Version 4.0]” (Link is in Japanese only). We also plan to introduce EMV^® 3-D Secure purchase confirmation and security measures as soon as possible.

Once again, we would like to apologize to all of our players who enjoy our game for the anxiety caused by these events.
